Akado is a hardy, autumn red onion variety known for its high yield and excellent storage qualities. This mid-late maturing onion features a sweet flavour that makes it ideal for both cooking and salads. It is best planted in the autumn, allowing it to overwinter and be harvested in June or July of the following year. For optimal growth, plant in full sun and well-drained soil. (250gm ~ 64 onions)

Onion Shakespeare is a British-bred onion which is renowned for its exceptional bolt resistance, particularly from late autumn sowings. This variety is characterised by its robust growth and adaptability to various soil types,  with it also performing well under cold or even fluctuating temperatures. The bulbs develop a sweet flavour and are known for their uniform size and excellent storage capabilities, allowing them to be harvested over an extended period. (250gm ~ 79 onions).

Garlic ‘Germidour’ is a premium French soft-neck variety renowned for its impressive yields and attractive, purple-streaked bulbs. Each bulb typically contains 10-12 large, white cloves that offer a mild yet rich flavour, making it ideal for a variety of culinary dishes.

Elephant Garlic bulbs (Allium ampeloprasum), can grow with adequate water to 140 mm in diameter and dwarfs your usual culinary garlic cloves in size.  In growth the foliage will be the size of your average leek.  The flavour is much milder than traditional garlic making it ideal for roasting or casseroles. Best planted  as early as possible Sep to Feb and harvested late Jun.  Fully winter hardy.
