Artichoke Seeds

Artichokes are a thistle-like perennial vegetable. They will provide a continuous harvest for several years making them a sustainable addition to any garden. They are easy to grow but cannot be enjoyed until the following year. If Artichokes are left to mature then blue coloured blooms will be produced, however the buds are usually harvested to enjoy prior to this flowering.
