Orders are all picked and packed by hand and are normally dispatched within 2 working days, during our busy times (Jan-Jun) we dispatch 6 days a week but after a busy weekend it can take longer so please bear with us during this time.
Postage and packaging is a fixed rate per order based on a combination of product type and weight, with options for 2nd class, 1st class or special courier services.

(Please note that although all shipments for courier delivery placed before 1300 will be shipped that same day with tracking providing, we cannot absolutely 100% guarantee the couriers can delivery within 24 hrs in all areas, although in the majority cases this should not be an issue. Your understanding is appreciated)
Europe – all postal shipments outside GB are currently suspended pending the agreement of agricultural regulations between UK / EU, regretfully this includes Northern Ireland at this time
Rest of World – we cannot currently offering shipping to the rest of the world
