Kale Red Ruble
Kale Red Ruble is a baby leaf variety and has vibrant red, serrated leaves. This variety is known for having a high iron content, which is typically 10 times higher than other kale varieties. For the most intense color and flavour, we recommend harvesting at 5cm tall, as the colour fades as the growth matures.
