Shallot ‘Longor’ is a traditional French variety with copper-coloured skin. They are noted for their length and storage capabilities. They have a sweet, mild flavour and are delicious in traditional cooking. Awarded an RHS Award of Garden Merit.

Garlic Morado is a hardneck garlic originating from Spain and is known for its deep burgundy-purple skins. It has a bold, full flavour and performs reliably in cooler climates. Easy to peel and ideal for roasting or cooking, it adds depth to a wide range of dishes.
