A silky smooth neon green romaine leaved variety which thrives in drier conditions and the heat of summer. The variety is extremely bolt resistant whilst remaining sweet, tender and crisp even on hot days. Tolerant to tip burn, downy mildew and powdery mildew. Best sown for mid-summer production outdoors or under glass. As with many romaine types Jericho is a cut and come again variety.

Growing Instructions

Sow indoors in March to grow lettuce heads or direct sow up until August for a cut and come again crop.
Plant out when large enough to handle, space 30cm apart.
Water regularly to grow large lettuces.
Cut after a month of growing, or allow 2 months for lettuce heads.
