Digitalis Purpurea Foxglove Mixed Colours – Growing Instructions
- Start the seeds indoors between March-May.
- Sow the seeds on the surface of moist compost, do not cover as light aids germination.
- Place in a bright location at a temperature of 12-20c.
- Alternatively, sow directly outside between May-June or September-October.
- The seeds will germinate in 7-21 days.
- Once the seedlings are 5-7cm, transplant into individual pots.
- Gradually acclimatise the plants to cooler conditions.
- Plant out once the risk of frost has passed.
CAUTION: All parts of this plant are poisonous if ingested.
