Tomato Indigo Apple

Sweet and aromatic flavour with purple markings which are brought and highlighted by direct exposure to sunlight. The fruits change colour significantly through their development and must be left on the vine to fully mature to get the best flavour. Only the parts of the fruits that get a lot of sun keep their darker colour even when they have reached the right stage for harvesting.

An early maturing variety producing heavy sets of 90-100g tomatoes. Best glasshouse grown in the UK, but can be grown outdoors subject to a reasonable UK summer in a very sunny, warm sheltered spot.
