Organic sprouting Salad Rape has a milder flavour compared to mustard or cress. This fast-growing crop can be sown like cress or used as a sprouting seed. The sprouts have a delicate, slightly nutty taste that complements the crisp, peppery notes, which are characteristic of the rape plant.
