Dwarf Pepper Hot – Reggae
Dwarf Pepper Hot – Reggae. A new variety with a compact and very well-branched habit that can be grown in a large pot (35-40 cm diameter) and also in the soil. Masses of pendulous fruits, 8cm in length, are produced over the season and can be harvested when green or red. Strongly pungent these chillies have a Scoville Heat Rating of around 100.000 and are perfect for use in many Southeast Asia recipes.

- Sow seeds 1/4″ deep in 3 in pots with quality seed compost. Keep moist. Seedlings emerge in 10-21 days at a minimum temperature of 75 F preferable closer to 85 F if possible to maximize germination.
- Transplant to individual containers when seedlings have at least two pairs of leaves.
- When 4-5 inches, pot on to final pot size or plant out 18″ apart in a warm location with root ball 1/2″ below the soil surface.
- Keep moist and feed when flowering with tomato type fertiliser.
- Harvest when fruits have reached full-size and full colour.
