Tomato Purple Cherokee

Price range: £1.49 through £9.99

Tomato ‘Purple Cherokee’ is the first recorded heirloom tomato, dating back over 100 years and originally grown by the Cherokee Indians. It produces large, slightly flattened beefsteak fruits with a deep purple-brown colour and a complex flavour that balances sweetness and acidity, making it ideal for fresh eating, salads, or slicing into sandwiches.
