- Start the seeds indoors between February-April.
- Sow the seeds 2mm deep, on moist compost.
- Place in a propagator at a constant temperature of 18c.
- The seeds will germinate in 10-21 days.
- Once the seedlings are 5-7cm, transplant into individual pots.
- Pinch out the growing points to encourage a bushy habit.
- Gradually acclimatise the plants to cooler conditions.
- Plant out once the risk of frost has passed (May-June).
- Alternatively, sow directly from April-May.
Phlox ‘Beauty Mix’ produces large, vibrant flowers in a mix of blue, pink, crimson, and white. The blooms form dense clusters on upright stems, adding striking colour and fragrance to borders, beds, and cottage gardens throughout the summer.
