- Sow the seeds between March and April or September-November.
- Optional – soak the seeds for 24-48 hours in warm water.
- Prepare a sunny, well-drained site and loosen the soil before sowing.
- Scatter the seeds evenly over the soil surface and lightly rake them in.
- Water gently to settle the seeds in, keeping the soil moist until germination.
- The seeds will germinate in 10-21 days depending on soil temperature.
- Thin seedlings as required.
- Cut back after flowering to promote a second flush of growth.
