Mexican Tarragon microgreens is part of the Marigold family and produces sprays of long, thin, green leaves. Most commonly used as a garnish, this microgreen has a slightly sweet taste with hints of vanilla and anise, ideal for adding to pasta and chicken dishes, or as a decoration for drinks such as lemonade and cocktails.

Our microgreen and sprouting seeds are untreated, non-GMO, and have undergone rigorous laboratory testing for pathogens.

Mexican Tarragon – Growing Instructions

  1. Sow your seeds directly onto a moistened growing medium and leave uncovered.
  2. Lightly mist the seeds with water.
  3. Place the seeded tray into a second tray without drainage holes. This will allow you to bottom water the tray.
  4. Place somewhere warm and bright.
  5. When watering the seedlings, keep using the bottom tray.
  6. Harvest around 12-18 days. Cut the stems above the soil line with a knife or scissors.
