Coriander whole seed microgreens are a delightful and versatile culinary ingredient. When harvested at the microgreen stage, the coriander seeds give rise to tender, delicate leaves and stems that exude a captivating aroma and a refreshing, slightly citrusy taste.
Whole coriander seeds produce two plants, while split seeds only yield one plant each. For microgreen cultivation, split seeds are often preferred as they result in a more evenly spaced tray.
