Pak Choi Red Wizard also known as Chinese Cabbage or Bok Choy, is a microgreen which produces crunchy crimson and green leaves that have a sweet and nutty flavour. Most often used in fresh dishes to keep its crisp texture, Red Wizard is ideal in salads, sandwiches and as a garnish.
