Growing Instructions
- Dandelions can be a important source of nectar for bees, butterflies and hoverflies early in the year and the seed is eaten by finches.
- Extremely popular and nutritious grown for Tortoise food.
- Sow in any soil type on open disturbed ground or in trays at any time of the year.
- The seed requires light to germinate therefore do not cover seed.
- Best pressed or firmed lightly into wet soil / growing medium.
- Keep moist lightly watered until germinated.
