Allium ‘Mount Everest’ is a striking, white-flowered variety which is known for its tall, upright habit. It produces large, spherical flower heads, up to 15 cm across, composed of densely packed, star-shaped blooms.
Reaching a height of approximately 120 cm, this variety flowers from late spring to early summer. As the foliage dies back before flowering, it is best paired with low-growing perennials that can provide ground cover at the base of the plant.
This variety also works well when planted in combination with other large-headed purple varieties such as purple sensation to create contrast within mixed borders. Awarded the RHS AGM.

- Use a hand trowel or bulb planter and dig a hole which is around 4 times the depth of the bulb.
