Corn Salad, also known as Lamb’s Lettuce, is a popular, easy to grow salad leaf. The leaves can be used as a flavourful herb, cooked like spinach, or added to fresh salads. The plant does not cope well in very hot weather but survives in colder temperatures – making it perfect for late summer planting and an autumn and winter harvest.
