Sage Seeds

Sage is a hardy herb that produces grey-green leaves with a camphor-like aroma. They can be planted in borders, beds, or containers and are appreciated for their ornamental value when delicate flowers bloom in summer. Often used in meat dishes to season or added to stews, sauces, and dressings. The leaves can be used either fresh or dried in cooking, but dried sage has a slightly stronger flavour.
