Allium ‘schubertii’ produces unusual and eye-catching flower heads. The star-shaped blooms are held on long stems of varying lengths, creating a dramatic, firework-like effect. The pink flower heads can reach up to 30 cm in diameter, and the plant typically grows to a height of around 40–50 cm.
This variety is excellent for use in fresh flower arrangements or dried for decorative purposes. Additionally, the dried flower heads can be sprayed gold or silver, making them popular for festive Christmas decorations.
