- Prepare fine, weed-free soil and level the bed.
- Sow directly outside between May-June.
- Water the soil lightly before planting.
- Lay the seed tape flat in a shallow drill about 1cm deep.
- Cut the tape to suit the row or bed length.
- Space rows or tapes about 20-25 cm apart.
- Lightly cover with soil and water carefully to settle the soil.
- Keep soil consistently moist until seedlings emerge.
- Seed is pre-spaced on the tape; thin lightly if required depending on germination.
