Organic Watercress microgreens produce a bundle of stems with small, thin, glossy leaves. These tender sprouts have a bold and peppery flavour which is comparable to mustard or radish. Often used to add to variety of dishes, Watercress packs a spicy kick to salads, stir fries and soups. These microgreens are nutrient dense and include vitamins A, C and E.
