Hyacinth 'Carnegie' is a classic variety which is prized for its pure white blooms which are densely packed along sturdy stems. This variety is ideal for indoor forcing, having been specially treated at low temperatures in July and August to trick the bulbs into believing winter has passed and it’s time to grow. These prepared hyacinths can be brought into flower as early as Christmas, brightening your home and filling it with a lovely, sweet fragrance.
