Garlic ‘Messidrome’ is a soft-neck garlic variety renowned for its exceptional culinary qualities. Originating from the Drome region of France, this garlic produces large, white bulbs that are perfect for a wide range of culinary uses. Each bulb typically comprises of 10-16 cloves which are characterised by their smooth skin, strong garlic flavour and are also easy to peel.

Supplied as split bulbs (individual cloves), in plain paper bags, stapled shut with the name and contents clearly labelled.

Garlic ‘Germidour’ is a premium French soft-neck variety renowned for its impressive yields and attractive, purple-streaked bulbs. Each bulb typically contains 10-12 large, white cloves that offer a mild yet rich flavour, making it ideal for a variety of culinary dishes.

Elephant Garlic bulbs (Allium ampeloprasum), can grow with adequate water to 140 mm in diameter and dwarfs your usual culinary garlic cloves in size.  In growth the foliage will be the size of your average leek.  The flavour is much milder than traditional garlic making it ideal for roasting or casseroles. Best planted  as early as possible Sep to Feb and harvested late Jun.  Fully winter hardy.
