Coriander (Coriandrum sativum) is an annual herb from the parsley family, valued for both its fresh, citrus-hinted leaves and its aromatic seeds. The foliage adds bright flavour to salads, salsas, and curries, while the seeds are widely used in baking, spice blends, and flavouring liqueurs.

A fast growing and vigorous perennial herb (also known as Sorrel De Belleville). The leaves have a distinctive lemon flavour and can be harvested at the baby leaf stage or they can be good when the leaves are larger.

Keep well-trimmed to encourage tender young leaves and remove any flowers as it will readily self-seed.

Especially popular with chefs, this Italian favourite produces an abundance of bright dark flat green leaves of excellent strong flavour held well above the ground on 12 inch plants. Can be grown on the windowsill or equally in the garden for a continuous all year round crop.

An easy to grow annual herb, Chervil common (Anthriscus cerefolium) has a wide range of uses in soups, stews, salads and as a microgreen with its delicate flavour. Sometimes known as "Gourmet" Parsley.
