WILLOW CROSSLEY
£3.80
We must all grow pansies! Don’t think they are too small and not worth it; they are invaluable for their cheerful little faces peeking out of the edge of your border or in a pot. ‘Chianti Shades’ are silky cream, honey, rose and lemon curd yellow.
Sowing and Growing
Sow these early from February for flowers the same year or sow them in September for flowers the following year.
When the seedlings are about 2.5cm tall with 4 leaves, it is safe to harden then off gradually. When transplanting them, be careful not to disturb the roots. They can be in shade but thrive on a bit of sunshine.
Arranging
Adorable arranged with phlox or roses. They look good enough to eat, which you can also do.
