An Heirloom classic from Italy producing large Canary Yellow square shaped block peppers with tasty thick flesh with a sweet mild flavour ideal for salads, stuffed, fried, grilled and in casseroles. The plants are large and will need to be spaced at least 45cm.

Sweet Pepper Asti Yellow – Growing Instructions

Sow seeds 0.5cm deep in 8cm pots with quality seed compost.
Keep moist. Seedlings emerge in 10-21 days at 18-21°C.
Transplant to individual containers when seedlings have at least two pairs of leaves.
When 10-12cm plant 45-60cm apart in greenhouse / conservatory with root ball 1cm below the soil surface.
Keep moist and feed when flowering with tomato type fertiliser.
Harvest when fruits have reached full-size and full colour.
