- Sow seeds from mid-February to early September in modules undercover.
- Sow 1 cm deep with around 4 seeds per cell and lightly cover.
- Water as needed and the seeds should germinate in 4-7 days.
- Transplant out between March and mid-September.
- If transplanting early in the season, cover with fleece or an easy tunnel.
- Continue sowing every 2-3 weeks for a continuous harvest.
- Harvest from April to early November when roots are of decent size and before they become woody.
