- Sow seeds from March to April in modules undercover.
- Alternatively, sow directly outdoors when the soil has warmed.
- Sow seeds 3-5 cm deep, placing 2-3 seeds per module.
- Keep soil moist and the seeds should germinate in 7-14 days.
- Transplant out between late March and May, spacing plants 15-20 cm apart with rows 45 cm apart.
- Cover with a fleece to protect from pests if needed.
- Provide support for the stems if needed.
- Water regularly during flowering and pod formation.
- Harvest regularly from May to July when pods are full-sized but still tender and sweet.
