An unusual Japanese green, similar to Mizuna , but with a stronger flavour, narrow dark green leaves and larger more vigorous plants. The leaves have a light mustard flavour and are perfect in salads as a young leaf. Thrives in cooler periods outside of mid summer and requires amply water during dry periods to avoid bolting.
