- Plant the bulbs in the late spring after the first frost.
- Choose a sunny spot with well-draining soil
- Dig holes or a trench, forking in a good layer of compost or well-rotted manure.
- Plant 15cm deep, with the roots facing down and the tip facing up.
- Space your bulbs 20cm apart.
- Alternatively, plant in large pots with good drainage.
- Water regularly once they have begun to grow.
- Feed with a high potash feed every two weeks.
