- Sow the seeds indoors between February and April.
- Sow the seeds on the surface of moist compost and cover lightly.
- Place in a heated propagator at a constant temperature of 22-25c.
- Germination should occur in 7-10 days.
- When seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant into individual pots.
- Gradually acclimatise the plants to cooler conditions.
- Plant out once the risk of frost has passed.
- Space plants 30cm apart in small groups for the best visual impact.
