  1. Plant your gladioli in a sunny spot with well-draining soil in late spring after the last frost. If you want to get ahead earlier, you can plant them in 2 or 3 litre pots earlier and keep them in a frost-free place.
  2. Dig holes or a trench, forking in a good layer of compost or well-rotted manure. Space the corms (bulbs) approx.10cm apart
  3. Water regularly once they have begun to grow.
  4. Remember to stake your Gladioli if they are planted in windy or exposed areas.

Mature Height: 100cm
Mature Spread: 15cm
Flowering Time: July to September
Position: Full sun

Try planting a handful of gladioli every week to extend the season and give you colour in your borders and vases of flowers through the late summer.
