- Sow seeds from mid-February to early July in modules undercover.
- Sow seeds 1-2 cm deep and lightly cover.
- Keep soil moist and the seeds should germinate in 7-14 days.
- Transplant seedlings from late March to July, spacing plants 10cm apart.
- Thin seedlings as necessary to maintain spacing and allow good root development.
- Harvest from late May to November when roots are firm, smooth, and fully grown.
