Sowing and Growing

1. Sow indoors at 15-20C onto moist compost from March to May and cover lightly.
2. Transfer seedlings to small pots when large enough to handle.
3. Or direct sow into well raked soil in drills 30cm apart.
4. Thin to 15 cm when seedlings are 3-5cm tall.
5. Or sow inside in autumn for early flower next year.

Cornflowers are low maintenance flowers. Deadhead to extend the flowering season.

Arranging

A stylish mix to dress up or down. Lovely arranged with phlox, sweet peas, or honesty, or charming on their own.
