Tomato Black Opal

Bred originally from the heritage variety Black Cherry, Black Opal has greatly improved growth habit and fruit texture. The small fruit are borne on long, branched trusses, and plants produce approx. 150-200 fruit in an average growing season.

Can be grown in an unheated greenhouse or outside. Shows good general disease tolerance, including strong tolerance to late blight.
