Radish Mooli Minowase

Also known as ‘Japanese Minowase’, ‘Daikon Minowase’, and ‘Japanese Minowase Daikon’. This large, pure white radish has a very smooth root that is tender and has little pungency reaching between 12-18 inches in length and 2 inches across. The white roots tend to grow out of the ground 2 to 3 inches and develop green shoulders. Often seen in Asian markets, Minowase has a unique taste and brittle, juicy flesh. 40-50 days to maturity.
