- Sow directly into the final growing pot.
- Sow 3-5 seeds per 10cm pot.
- Alternatively, sow directly outdoors, spacing the seeds around 5cm apart.
- Cover lightly with soil or compost and water gently.
- Protect young seedlings from birds, slugs and mice if needed.
- As the seedlings grow, thin them to 60cm apart.
- Water regularly once plants begin to flower to help improve pod production.
- For successional sowing, sow every 10 days.
- Harvest between June-September.
