Organic Green Lentil – Microgreen/Sprouting

Green Lentil organic sprouts produce long and spindly shoots in a light green/yellow colour. With an earthy, nutty flavour and crunchy texture, these sprouts are an ideal addition to salads, pasta, and rice dishes. Not only do Green Lentils add flavour to your meals, but they are also rich with nutrients including vitamins A, C and K.

Our microgreen and sprouting seeds are untreated, non-GMO, and have undergone rigorous laboratory testing for pathogens.
