Kale ‘Borecole Scarlet’ is a mid to late season variety that produces an abundant harvest of deeply curled, tender leaves. The foliage turns a striking violet-blue after the first frost, enhancing both flavour and colour. Highly frost-resistant, this variety thrives in a wide range of soils and is perfect for steaming, sautéing, soups, and salads.
