Cauliflower Fioretto

£2.59

Cauliflower ‘Fioretto’ is a unique and delicious variety which produces cream-colored heads. This variety is unique compared to other cauliflower varieties and is a cross between cauliflower and long stem broccoli.

With its mild, sweet, and nutty flavour profile, Fioretto is versatile enough to be enjoyed raw in salads or cooked through steaming, sautéing, or roasting. This variety also works well as a mix with ‘Cauliflower Murasaki’.
