Hyssop - Organic

Hyssop is a hardy perennial herb that produces a bushy plant with lavender blue flowers. Young Hyssop leaves have a minty, floral flavour and can be added sparingly to salads and soups. The plant blooms from early summer and is highly attractive to bees and butterflies.
