WILLOW CROSSLEY

Echinacea pallida ’Hula Dancer’

£3.50

An ethereal pale pink coneflower with long drooping petals; a cool super-model to waft and shimmy in your borders.  I love how these echinaceas adds structure and shape, and they last well, flowering into the late summer. Add them to your tall flower arrangements, they are wonderful for cutting.

How to Grow

Sowing and Growing

  1. Sow indoors at 20-25C on to moist seed compost in a light place
  2. Cover with a light layer of vermiculite
  3. Move to a cooler place to grow on before planting out after the risk of frost has passed

Plant in well-drained rich soil in full sun. This variety is low maintenance and does not need feeding.

Arranging

Cut the stems long and plunge directly into a deep bucket of vase. They will last for over a week in the vase.
