Lettuce Apache

A stunning glossy dark red variety producing a large head of loose rosettes consisting of broad, slightly oval leaves with frizzed edges.

The variety covers a wide flavour palette with the centre of a rosette having a tender, almost sweet taste, while the outer leaves are more savoury.

Can be grown from spring to early winter with its thick leaves and slow bolting habit.
