• For the earliest display sow seeds undercover with warmth 3-6 weeks before last frost and transplant to trays when large enough to handle.
• Plant out when all danger of frost is passed.
• Young seedling plants should be spaced 6 to 8 inches apart.
• Lightly shear back dead flowers after bloom to prolong flowering season and to prevent legginess. Although an annual, Alyssum will often reseed itself in sheltered areas. Grows best in full sun but also grows well in light shade.
